We had a great time with the family at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is conveniently located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transportation. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalized advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Apartment with old-fashioned charm but ultra well-equipped and breathtaking views!! Robyn was very considerate and available. If you arrive by public transport (bus, ferry) you must be able to climb a number of steps but that's what makes this location so charming.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Incredible views, easy to find, clean, and there are several businesses within walking distance. Moreno is the best!! He was extremely friendly, helpful, and beyond accommodating. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Absolutely loved our stay here!

The property is well situated and modern with all the amenities. As a result we didn’t need to contact the host at all and her instructions upon arrival was all that was needed. Great property and host !

We stayed here for two nights with our French bulldog and wanted to spend a nice time at Lake Como away from the tourist hustle and bustle. This is definitely possible in Andrea's chalet. In addition, the ferry port is very close, so nothing stood in the way of a trip to Varenna and Bellagio. In Pianello itself there are few, but good restaurants, it is a bit local and really quiet. We loved the place. Andrea also provided us with tips and the ferry schedule and was available at all times. PS: Get a pizza at a nearby pizzeria and enjoy it in your garden overlooking the lake. We did that on the second and last evening.

A great spot on the edge of Como Lake. The lake is directly located at the foot of the accommodation. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing place. Parking in front of the entrance is a real plus. Costa is a great host, very friendly with great tips. Thank you again for a few great days.

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Manuele was an amazing host. He sent us so many recommendations and even got us a super good deal on a private boat tour. The place was very nice, roomy, and the pool and are was super nice. Be ready for a decently long walk though if you want to go into the main part of town.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Clean apartment with everything we needed for our trip. Beds were comfty and clean. A short walk to Bellagio (some hills involved FYI in case of mobility issues). Parking was convenient for us too.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Our stay in the place of Lucrezia&Emilio was indeed amazing: private, peaceful a full of comfort. Emilio is friendly and approachable host, and the accommodation itself overcomes all expectations.

WOW. This is a great flat. It’s even better than the photos. The view is priceless. Alessandra is a great host. She is proactive. She initiated the contacts to make sure everything is Okay. She gave us recommendations regarding restaurants and places to visit. She even gave is delicious biscuits made by her Mother. I would recommend this place for anyone wants to relax in lake Como. I shall visit this place again. Thank you Alessandra and Andrea.

A lovely accommodation with an amazing view! Laglio was great, as it was calmer than other places around Como lake and it was not touristy. Lovely host that makes sure that you have a good time and gives tips about food and activities in the area. I will definitely come back!

I cannot say enough good things about Vanessa’s place in Argegno. The town itself is a gem, away from the “hustle and bustle” of the town of Como but yet easily accessible by either ferry, bus, or taxi. Almost as if she painstakingly thought through everything a visitor might need, Vanessa’s note to us had quite literally everything we needed and more. The “more” was the extensive list of recommendations. We were there for a wedding and thought our limited free time would be spent strolling around the small town and perhaps a few hours on the lake on a boat ride. But when we saw that she had a great connection for a cooking class, we took advantage of this and had SUCH a great time. The property itself and walking to and from it always made us feel like we weren’t tourists but locals coming home. The properly had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and we especially loved having a glass of wine on the little outdoor seat & table. LOVED IT!

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

We had a great experience staying in this apartment. It was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view! What stood out the most was how helpful and responsive the host was. She supported us with everything we needed and always replied quickly. Highly recommended!

The apartment has everything one needs and is very well located, with a mini market, a café and a bus location nearby. There are also a few restaurants and a boat stop at a walking distance. The place is very comfy and has stunning views of the lake. Manuela is very friendly and responsive. I hope we can come back one day!

Together as a couple, we really enjoyed the central location of this charming, beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment is very quiet despite its immediate proximity to the piazza and the restaurants & bars as well as the shops. The lake can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes. You should definitely enjoy the espresso and the morning sun with a view of the palm trees on the small balcony. Fortunately, it provides wonderful shade in the afternoon on warm days. Communication with the hosts Raymond and Nadine was excellent & above all they are very helpful! We easily stayed in this Bijoux all May and felt at home in Ascona. We will be back soon!

Absolutely stunning view, very clean, and well equipped. Nice private beach area. Fantastic location that is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns but still very accessible. We had a car (free parking) but there is a bus stop right outside. Paola was extremely attentive and responsive.
