We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

Great accommodation, spacious, very clean and in a quiet area, very convenient to the center and the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Another strong point is the free parking inside the condominium, because otherwise it would have been really difficult to find one in this season

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. The house is very nice and with convenient parking for the car. It is clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you need and even more. The host, Maria Grazia, is very nice and approachable. A true oasis of peace, with a beautiful view of the greenery and in this season you can hear the chirping of birds. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at SESA Home! The place is absolutely charming and nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. Nicola and Adele are exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always responsive. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting their ceramic workshop, where we had the chance to meet their incredibly friendly and talented team. The private parking spot in Monterosso was a huge bonus—so convenient in a small and often crowded town, and it made exploring the area much easier. Staying at SESA Home gave us the perfect place to relax and recharge after hiking and visiting the stunning villages of the Cinque Terre. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Highly recommend visiting, felt right at home. spotless clean, comfortable bed & linens, amazing shower water pressure, cool home for the hot summer. Even better than the pictures within a gorgeous property and perfect with garage parking. Lorenzo was so kind & even provided a guide with recommendations. Everything was perfect! Perfect instructions for getting to the accommodation, we were able to check in early thanks to Matteo and Paola's availability. New house, perfectly renovated on the ground floor with a small garden. Kitchen complete with every comfort as well as towels, sheets and everything we needed. Even Mrs. Paola took care to bring us extra blankets, lend us umbrellas for the sea, and turn on the heaters because we were a little cold. The house is about 10 minutes from Sestri in a convenient and quiet location. Free parking nearby, easy to find, as well as a pizzeria, pharmacy, and important services!Thank you so much for everything! See you soon! Christina

We originally booked for one night and then decided to stay for two. Marco was responsive and helpful in moving us to an available room in the same building so we could extend our trip. We stayed in the gold and the bronze. The only real difference was the view so if that doesn’t matter to you, I would stay in the less expensive Bronze. Rooms are spacious, clean and centrally located walking distance to public beach, beach clubs, restaurants, and some great shopping. Also walkable to the ferry to Portofino and San Margarita Ligure. Great stay and would definitely stay with Alex again.

Great, clean house. Better than the pictures. Cosy garden where we spend most of the time. Spacious and good quality furniture and bathroom/kitchen. Would recommend highly. Had a great time. Located in a tranquil neighborhood close to the city centre. Car recommended

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Amazing apartment and view!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

A fantastic place to stay which we would definitely recommend. There’s a great beach less than 15 minutes drive away, a fantastic bakery and a homemade pasta shop both within a 5 minute walk. Both Andrea and his wife were super friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

A beautiful, quiet and beautifully furnished neighborhood, from whose terrace you have a magnificent view over Chiavari and the sea. Alessandro is a very accommodating and friendly host. Leivi is a nice place from which you can reach 20 minutes by car to Chiavari. By train you can wonderfully reach the Cinque Terre and many other beautiful destinations in Liguria from there. Absolute recommendation if you don't shy away from the journey to the neighborhood. The view of the sea makes up for it a thousand times! ☺️

A little slice of paradise in the Ligurian hinterland Staying at Michela's house was a wonderful experience. Immersed in lush nature and absolute silence, this house is the perfect place for those seeking peace, relaxation, and authenticity. The location is enchanting: surrounded by greenery, but comfortably accessible thanks to a road in excellent condition, with an excellent road surface. In just half an hour you can reach the sea, but the beauty is that, once you return, you can breathe the fresh and quiet air of the hill. Michela is an attentive, friendly and always available host. His hospitality really makes a difference: you feel welcomed as friends, not just guests. The house is well-kept, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent solution for motorcyclists. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to discover an authentic and relaxing side of Liguria. Thanks Michela, we will definitely be back!

In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a true reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty touches: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found an excellent bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, in a few minutes you can reach the port (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the center, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with an excellent price. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

I went to Luciana's a few weeks ago with my dog... comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts, including bathrobes and slippers for the house... also great space for lunch or just to sit down for a chat! She was really helpful and kind... then thank you also for the convenience of basic comforts and for the directions to the neighboring places to visit... it was a great "escape" from the city and the hustle, to be repeated for sure
