Our B&B is inside an apartment surrounded by the Ligurian countryside, in the first hinterland, just 4 km from the sea. Nearby there is a stream that accompanies time and evenings on the terrace, with its sweet and relaxing sound. In the evening and during the day you can enjoy a cool breather even in the hottest summers. You rarely hear noises other than nature. The parking lot (not private) is 100 meters from the house. You have to walk a path that also consists of stairs. WE ARE NOT DRIVEABLE

You will be welcomed into our home, in the center of Levanto, overlooking the sea, you will not need a car for your vacation. We renovated the family home where we moved to live to make it comfortable, we tried to keep the original architecture as much as possible, adding eco-sustainable comforts and using ecological materials where possible, in harmony with our way of seeing and living. You will live in our home, but your privacy is guaranteed.

We rent the room called "Classic", a private with a private outdoor bathroom, located in a portion of the house shared with the owners. The room consists of a double bed and an armchair bed. To reach it, there is a step to climb. The private bathroom is in front of the room in the hallway crossed by the owners, and consists of a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.

The villa is located in a hilly area in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the Cinque Terre and places of cultural and natural interest in the wonderful Gulf of Poets.
