Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Molpertshaus is 6 km from the spa town of Bad Waldsee and 9 km from the spa town of Bad Wurzach. The city of towers and gates Ravensburg is 19 km away, the city of Wangen im Allgäu 25 km away. The distance to Lindau on Lake Constance and Friedrichshafen is 45 km.
