Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance in a new development area. Construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property! The price varies by number of guests. It applies to the indicated number of guests. Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm, each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) and also the surrounding nature are generally within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The house is free-standing, surrounded by fields and meadows. The nearest town is about 2 km away. Here you will find a bakery, butcher as well as a restaurant with good German cuisine. A direct connection to the highway (A7) is about 3 km away.

Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country ski trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
