All important locations are within walking distance, in the mountains you are within 20 minutes by car. The Allgäu Forum shopping center is about a 5-10 minute walk. So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu, or discover the mountains sporty!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Welcome to our stylish studio that offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is located in a modern architectural house that was completed at the end of 2023 and combines a quiet, natural location with proximity to the city center. The separate entrance ensures privacy, while the studio is thoughtfully and comfortably designed.

In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there.
