Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. It is modern and comfortably furnished: elegant bathroom in black and brass, white lime plaster walls, heated design concrete floor, many windows, direct access to the garden. The light-flooded room, the tranquility and the garden invite you to relax. The views of hills and Alps make you want to hike & bike. The train station and village square with restaurants and a shop are just a few steps (4 min.) away.

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils.
