Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Admittedly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external factors mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in symbiosis with nature makes you forget these small disadvantages.

Quiet cottage, everything is thought of so that we lack nothing, the decor is nice and it is impeccably clean. Several nice little restaurants in the village, the host's guide is well stocked for ideas for walks around. In short, I recommend it for a good time for two 👍👍👍

Apartment with a great sea view, close to all amenities. Very well arranged, decorated and equipped. We spent 2 nights at the end of May so we didn't get too hot and the apartment was quiet. Parking at the foot of the accommodation. Maybe a microwave to warm up the small dishes to avoid overheating the main room, otherwise no complaints. Cédric will respond quickly if you have any questions. Overall we had a nice stay.

The studio is really as charming as in the photos. It is very well located in Leucate village. A large car park across the street makes it easy to park. Close to all shops, restaurants and the departure of the 4 trails that are to be done. The views are beautiful!! The inner courtyard with the pool is lovely. There are NO overlooks. There was nothing lacking in the accommodation, the bed was very comfortable. Good communication from the agency. The staff is very available when needed. I would recommend this little haven. Alone or for two, that's great!

I had a great stay. The apartment matches the photos and the view of the beach is beautiful. only downside, the elevator was malfunctioning, but no regrets despite the 5 floors to climb. I'll come back for a stay.

The apartment is tasteful and practical. The location in the very nice village of Leucate is optimal, everything is within walking distance, restaurants, small shops etc. Denis is very friendly, always reachable and responds quickly. We felt very comfortable in his apartment. Thank you!

Very good accommodation ideally located facing the port

Hélène's apartment is very cozy, very well arranged and decorated, ultra clean and offers everything you need. The bedding is really comfortable. You can do anything on foot or by bike. Hélène is an incredible host, responsive, full of good advice and small touches that make all the difference. I would recommend it 100% and would definitely stay again.

Very well hosted by Julien's mom who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can walk. Secure parking, that's great. Julien gave us information about places to visit to discover the region, restaurants, etc. And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very appreciable! We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend in Barcarès with our children. We arrived on Friday after school, to give them a nice surprise. Their joy in discovering our accommodation by the sea was magical! The apartment is very well furnished, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony is just amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hosts are warm and welcoming. We are delighted with this family getaway!

Very good stay at Arnaud's. The apartment is very nice and very well located. The sea is a 5-minute walk, the port and its shops are 8 minutes away. Tastefully decorated, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation as well as its functionality. The terrace and parking space are a real plus. The residence is very quiet and very well maintained. Welcoming and friendly hosts. I will come back without hesitation.
