Tastefully decorated apartment, ideally located. Private parking is a real plus, very appreciable! Everything was great, we had a great time!

Apartment with a great sea view, close to all amenities. Very well arranged, decorated and equipped. We spent 2 nights at the end of May so we didn't get too hot and the apartment was quiet. Parking at the foot of the accommodation. Maybe a microwave to warm up the small dishes to avoid overheating the main room, otherwise no complaints. Cédric will respond quickly if you have any questions. Overall we had a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delphine’s place. The apartment was great for 2 people and a child. The fans were helpful with the heat and there even was an additional fan which we could have used but didn’t need to. The view on the Port Locate was amazing :) Everything was as described and we had an amazing time at the beach :) Thank you :)

We spent five very beautiful and relaxing days in Françoise’s accommodation. The facilities, especially the welcome package, exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very cozy and has a great location. The check-in was flexible and easy, we were even allowed to arrive a little earlier and stay longer. The communication was completely smooth, and Françoise was always immediately reachable and very friendly.

We were 2 couples of friends. This accommodation allowed us to have our privacy. The house is pleasant and nicely decorated, very functional, with all the necessities. Upstairs, air conditioning would have completed this quality service. As well as a mattress topper on the double beds to bring a little more comfort. We had a pleasant stay. Francis and Assunta

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Beautiful accommodation with a beautiful view

A very nice surprise in all areas: discreet but considerate hosts, house in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all amenities , a magnificent renovation that preserves the charm of the past while offering modern comfort. In short , a little slice of paradise ideal for relaxing away from mass tourism, while having the attractions of the Mediterranean that can even be seen from upstairs! A rare find in Leucate!

Very nice and functional accommodation, with very easy and quick access to the seaside, the view of the sunrise from the terrace (in June). We had a lovely stay.

Very good stay in Canet en Roussillon, thank you for your hospitality and your great accommodation which is super well located a short walk from the beach and shops (including several restaurants). The residence is quiet, peaceful place. You can find everything you need in the apartment (dishes, vacuum cleaner, etc.).

Hélène's apartment is very cozy, very well arranged and decorated, ultra clean and offers everything you need. The bedding is really comfortable. You can do anything on foot or by bike. Hélène is an incredible host, responsive, full of good advice and small touches that make all the difference. I would recommend it 100% and would definitely stay again.

Very well hosted by Julien's mom who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can walk. Secure parking, that's great. Julien gave us information about places to visit to discover the region, restaurants, etc. And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very appreciable! We would recommend it without hesitation.

The accommodation is very nice and very quiet and perfect for two people. The amenities are of high quality, very numerous including for leisure and everything is clean. A real plus for hosting with very pleasant communication, a lot of practical and precise information, permanent kindness and the desire for a successful hosting, responsive exchanges. Flawless accommodation and great check-in procedure, communication with Joelle and Olivier was great, the only negative point of the accommodation is the soundproofing with the hallway which is really not great (we heard everyone passing in the hallway and people were on the phone on speaker but Joelle and Olivier are not to blame that's why I didn't take away stars) but otherwise the photos match the accommodation well! I recommend it!
