Our house, which can easily accommodate two separate families or large groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday. There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

There are straw umbrellas on the beach, and access to the sea via a pier and stairs. The sea water is cool and clean. The beach is rocky. You can see it in detail in the additional photos
