Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lesbos

Nev's place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Ayvalik. It was in an excellent location, close to the centre , the bazaar and excellent cafe's and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and charming and the kitchen extremely well equipped. But the highlight of the stay were Nev and Boran. They were warm, friendly, helpful, kind and generous. They were the best hosts we have every experienced! We will definitely be back.

Το σπίτι της Νεκταριας ήταν καλύτερο απο ότι το φανταζομασταν. Οικογένεια των 4 βολευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ καλά και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μάς!Πολύ όμορφη αυλή με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες και μεράκι με εύκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο. Τα πάντα ηταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημενα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί.

Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel bir yer. Tek kelimeyle harika! Her detay gerçekten düşünülmüş. Aslı Hanım her zaman misafirperver, sıcak ve ilgiliydi. Arkadaşlarımızla 2 gece kaldık. Geniş bir bahçe içerisinde, sessiz, sakin ve huzur dolu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Mutfakta yemek pişirmek için gereken her şey vardı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. O kadar keyifli bir ev ki dışarıya çıkmayı resmen unuttuk. Zevkle döşenmiş, tertemiz ve konforlu bir konaklama, odaları rahattı ve banyosu çok şıktı. Çarşıya birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve Bademli köyünün içinde yer aldığı için market alışverişimizi buradan yaptık. Çevredeki plajlara arabayla 10 dakika mesafede, yaz tatili için çok ideal bir konumda. Şömine olduğu için kışın ve sonbahar döneminde burası çok keyifli olabilir, tekrar gelmeyi isteriz.

Gülay Hanımın evi gerçekten şahane, rahat etmemiz için her şeyi kendisi düşünmüş. Ev içerisinde bütün elektronik eşyalar sorunsuz çalışıyor, bu da çok sevindirdi. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi evin dekorasyonu oldukça şık, konaklaması çok keyifli bir Rum evi ❤️ Bulunduğu lokasyon bence Ayvalık’taki en iyi lokasyon , taş kaldırımlar ve birçok şahane Rum evi, nereye bakacağımı şaşırdım gezerken. Komşuları da çok tatlı. Minik köpeğimle kabul etmesi de benim için çok kıymetli. Her yıl Ayvalık’ta konaklıyorum daha önce de bu tarz evlerde konakladım ama açık ara en sevdiğim yer burası oldu. Bir sonraki yaz görüşmek üzere. 🤗❤️

Ali Bey çok ilgiliydi ve nazikti , ev temiz ve tatlıydı gayet . Konumu çok iyiydi merkezde her yere yakındı . Evde ihtiyacımız olan çoğu şey vardı . Gönül rahatlığıyla arkadaşlarıma ve çevreme tavsiye edebileceğim bir yerdi kesinlikle . Ali Beye çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏🌸

Word je gegrepen door sfeervolle straatjes met volop koffie- en theehuizen en alle soorten restaurants in je directe nabijheid? Bovendien de zee op 5 minuten loopafstand en binnen een kwartier met de minibus bij goed zwemstrand? Dan is dit de perfecte woning. Wij komen er zeker terug.

Ev gerçekten çok temizdi, ihtiyaç halinde bulunabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Mimarisi çok güzeldi evin içini gerçekten özenle dekore etmiş.Ev Sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Özenli ve özveriliydi. Sorularımıza hızlı yanıt verdi. Eve girişi çok net şekilde anlattı girişte ve çıkışta hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Eve gidilen mahallede çarpık yerleşmeden ötürü biraz tedirginlik yaşadık fakat rahatsız edecek hiçbir olayla karşılaşmadık .Ayvalık’a gelmeyi düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle burayı değerlendirmenizi öneririm. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz.

Zeytin ağaçlarının ortasında, huzur dolu bir konumda yer alan ev, ihtiyaç duyabileceğim her şeyi fazlasıyla karşıladı. İç mekanlardaki yeni ve modern mobilyalar ile şık mutfak, konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama sundu. Galateia ve annesi bize çok yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle yeniden kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένειες,για όσους έχουν μικρό παιδί διαθέτει και παρκοκρεβατο,πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και η τουαλέτα πεντακάθαρη και κάτι βασικό και θα το καταλάβετε για τη Μυτιλήνη είναι ότι βρίσκαμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο.Η κυρία Νίκη και ο κύριος Παναγιώτης είναι διατεθειμένοι ανά πάσα στιγμή να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε.

Despina is wonderful host and warm people. She is very friendly and helpful to us. She helped us to find a car to rent which is very difficult in Mitilini. She is a wonderful person and I recommend everyone to go Mitilini stay there. The house is also very nice and cleans. It has a wonderful view and it is easy to access, very close to city center. Before we arrive, the house is cleaned and organized. To finalize, Despina is wonderful person and the house is also very nice.

Lesvos villa was the perfect place to relax in a beautiful, peaceful location. The villa is very well equipped with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. A car is essential. There is so much to explore on the on the island & our host provided some great tour books. Would recommend for couples or families with older children. 😊

I absolutely fell in love with this adorable apartment as soon as I stepped in! There is a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding hillsides, with a terrace to sit on and enjoy the view. I had an extended two week stay, and was able to prepare many meals in the well stocked kitchen (though there are many excellent walkable restaurants to choose from). Molyvos is a very hilly village and the apartment is fairly close to the main road, but be sure you are able to walk your luggage up a short yet steep cobblestone path. I hope this will be my new "home" each year when I visit Lesvos. Thank you!! <3

Σε μία πολυ ωραία τοποθεσία της Λέσβου, βρίσκονται οι καλόγουστες κατοικίες "Meltemi ". Σ'αυτη που φιλοξενηθήκαμε, ο χώρος είναι πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και λειτουργικός! Οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Το καλάθι του πρωινού περιλαμβάνει ποικιλία τοπικών λιχουδιών και όχι μόνον! Θα επιστρέψουμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!!

Everything was perfect during our 2-night, 3-day stay. Myrsini is a wonderful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully arranged down to the finest detail. It was spotlessly clean and just as pictured. The view from the balcony and the glimpses of the sea through the windows made us feel amazing. On Sundays, many places on the island are closed, but Molyvos remains lively. Since the house is located right in the heart of the town, you won’t miss out on anything. We didn’t have time to cook in the kitchen, but it was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances. There was plenty of hot water and we had no issues heating the house on a cool night. There is a free parking area within walking distance, but no vehicle access to the house itself. Due to its structure, Molyvos is a place where you should expect to walk, something to keep in mind. This wasn’t a problem for us. I definitely recommend it. If I ever come back, I would stay in the same house again.

Denize yakın, rahat ve sakin bir bölgede olan güzel bir ev. Merkeze de 10-15dk mesafede rahatça gidiliyor. Ev sahibiyle de iletişim konusunda bir problem yaşamadık. Böylece oldukça güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Harika bir konumda, cok keyifli bir koy evi. Tertemiz ve her sey dusunulmus. Ama bunlardan da onemlisi, Samet bey bugune kadar karsilastigim en harika ev sahibiydi. Onerileri sayesinde tatilimiz bekledigimizden de daha keyifli gecti. Kendisine cok tesekkur ederiz. Umarim tekrar karsilasiriz :)

Konaklama deneyimimiz harikaydı! Ev son derece temizdi ve havası çok güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi, her detayı düşünmüş ve bizim rahat etmemiz için ellerinden geleni yapmışlar. Kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz!

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Anna and her husband are a wonderful couple. They were extremely helpful throughout our vacation. This was the first time I encountered such perfect hosts on Airbnb. We are very thankful to them. The house is amazing, very clean, with easy access and no parking issues. During our stay, Anna even shared some of her homemade pastries with us. Also, when we first arrived, we found complimentary items in the house such as ouzo, water, and honey, among other food items. The kitchen had enough plates and glasses. The rooms, beds, kitchen, sofa and bathroom were exceptionally clean and tidy. If I visit the island again, this would be the only place I'd choose to stay.

We had a great stay. The hosts are amazing and the view from the villa is outstanding!
