Das Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, Kletterer, Radfahrer, Schifahrer. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Künstlerstadt Gmünd, der Katschberg, das Goldeck und der Millstätter See.

The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

La casa è composta da un'ampia zona giorno, dove il divano può trasformarsi in un comodo letto a due piazze; una camera matrimoniale; una camera con un letto a castello e un letto singolo; tra la zona giorno e la zona notte si trova il bagno. Immerso tra le montagne, questo chalet è un'oasi di pace. Recentemente costruito, si integra nel paesaggio con tetti spioventi e facciate in legno di abete e larice. All'interno, un'accogliente zona living con divano letto si affianca a una cucina moderna e attrezzata. La camera da letto offre intimità, mentre il bagno è funzionale e contemporaneo. Le ampie finestre regalano una vista mozzafiato sul paesaggio circostante, unendo comfort moderno e charme rustico.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Casetta Pramor è una suggestiva baita immersa nella natura, ideale per una fuga dalla mondanità cittadina. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di uno spesso cappotto termico che la rende ideale in ogni periodo dell'anno: fresca d'estate e calda e accogliente in inverno. Pur distando poche centinaia di metri dal centro cittadino, gode di profonda quiete e riservatezza, ben predisposta per accogliere le famiglie, anche con animali.

Isolato dal centro del paese, questo chalet, ti offre relax, contatto con la natura, un panorama mozzafiato e la privacy di cui hai bisogno per staccare dalla solita routine... Un paradiso..
