An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric coffee pot,toaster, microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks ,bread for toast ,jams. In the bathroom shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. If you arrive late in the winter, let me know so we can get up early. the heating.
