this former barn has been completely transformed into a residential house. it is located in a peaceful village close to the dunes and the beach of Hatainville. this magnificent barn with an area of 100 m2 includes: on the ground floor a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms (a 160 bed, a 140 bed, 1 180 bed) as well as a toilet. garden and southwest terrace.
