Charming fully renovated house 600 m from the sea. Ideal location for discovering the landing beaches. The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.
