This very sunny 70 m² (750 sq. ft.) apartment offers an exceptional view, featuring two bedrooms and a living room that opens onto a large balcony overlooking the fishing port, Carteret harbor, and Barneville beach. Shops, restaurants, a movie theater, the beach, and the Sentier des Douaniers trail are all nearby. The ferry terminal is right across the street, with departures for the Channel Islands. You can do everything on foot. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Private parking, bicycle storage.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
