Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Great stay! Guillaume is very quick to respond and the location was very convenient. There’s no option for self check-in, but Guillaume was prompt to meet us at our pre-determined arrival and check-out times.

Very good stay for 2 in La Rochelle. Very well located accommodation and next to lots of activities. Elisa is attentive and available for any questions. I would recommned this property.

A perfect apartment for two persons for a short visit. A good 30 mins walk into town (for us old people!), but regular bus service just round the corner. Pedro was particularly helpful in sorting out one or two initial problems for us. The location on the outer rim is good for access to the ring road. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. 4 min from place is wild beach, and 10 min far is amazing city beach with sand. Also really calm and quiet and not crowded at all. We really enjoyed it. Especially taking public city boat and going to city centre, which takes only 18 min.

Ideal accommodation for our needs whilst we attended an event at the nearby La Rochelle Nautique. Apartment was as described and conveniently located. Enough facilities to eat in if needed. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat out too.

The apartment is functional, clean and very well located. At the Minimes with the beach just below. And a balcony to watch the sunset over an aperitif. Bedding is comfortable. We had a pleasant stay there. Communication with Christel and her dad went very well. Christel is considerate and responsive. I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with a hot tub at the top. Parking with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that feels new and clean. Very good stay!
