Its geographical location is ideal to fully enjoy its surroundings and get to the old port by the electric sea bus located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment as well as its nearby bus stop.

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160.
