In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.
