Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.
