New!!! Since May May 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². This is where alpine charm meets modern comfort. The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Your place is located in the Zugspitzarena. She is known for its family-friendly ski resorts, is one of the best mountain bike areas in Europe and still offers many opportunities for further activities (Info website metspitzarena). Your place has a large spacious kitchen, a cozy living room and is located in a charming farmhouse on the 1st floor. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and families (with up to 4 children).

This beautiful and centrally located apartment is tastefully decorated. It has a cozy dining area and modern kitchen. In the cozy living area, you can enjoy the panoramic views of the Moos, Lermoos and the Daniel (2,3401m) from a comfortable sofa.
