Vacation rentals with a patio in Lermoos

The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

We booked the apartment for 2 days and one day, friends also came and stayed. The kitchen/TV area along with the huge terrace was the highlight with stunning views and lots of seating and even a candle to light in the evening. It soon became the centre of activity for us. We visited in June but for the winter there are lots of amenities like wood and a heater. The bathroom could be described as luxurious with a bathtub and even has the option of radio. We did not meet Bernie but met the owner when we arrived and he met us very warmly. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood feels authentic and is an easy walk to Hall, which was also beautiful. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment so very easy to stock up on essentials.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, very modern and the most necessary available. The view is a dream, every detail was taken care of with love in the accommodation. Theresa answers questions within a short time. We will be happy to come back!😊

We had a wonderful stay at Bettina’s. The property is ideally located right at the base of several hiking trails, with a bus stop directly in front that takes you into town in just 15 minutes—super convenient. The home is very spacious, featuring two separate decks and outdoor areas that are perfect for relaxing. It was spotlessly clean, and Bettina was a fantastic host, providing great local recommendations.

The apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the area. Whether by bike, train or on foot. Very nice landlady with helpful tips.

We had a fantastic stay in Längenfeld in the beautiful Oetztal! Both the area and the apartment are well worth doing. In the apartment where we stayed for 8 days, we lacked nothing. We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The amenities are perfect and the location is great. The landlords are very nice and helpful.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking in front of the house was almost always available and if not, it is not bad to switch to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Had a great stay at Stephanie's place. Everything was clean, with the best amenities and as described. The large garden with the beautiful view is perfect for beautiful summer evenings. The city is a 30-minute walk. We felt absolutely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we'll come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the big TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

The property and especially the view from the two balconies was incredibly beautiful! Breakfast overlooking the Zugspitze is just fun. Location is great, the service (fresh tea and hot water bottles on arrival) was great, friendly contact and spotless apartment. We felt comfortable all around and will be very happy to come back!

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

We had 1 night's accommodation for 4 people on our way to Switzerland. We were very impressed with the decor of the apartment. Very original, modern, with attention to every detail. Very clean, comfortable. Parking just in front of the entrance, which was convenient for us because we were with bikes. We didn't visit the neighborhood because we only stayed overnight. For 4 people, it was quite sufficient. It was great!

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are otherwise not common. For example: coffee capsules, lots of towels, body lotion,… a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course mega in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗
