In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find both a restaurant, grocery store, many well-marked hiking trails in the immediate vicinity and a lively fishing village. Great opportunities for canoeing/kayaking, biking, mountain hiking, fishing and similar. In the winter time you can enjoy the aurora borealis right outside the living room window. You have a front row seat to the boat traffic that passes in and out of Senjahopen. Good conditions for northern light photography. Senjahopen is a good starting point for all the nature experiences Senja has to offer. From Havlandet there is a shop and café within walking distance.

Liv's beach house is located on idyllic Bøvær with a fantastic sandy beach. Relax in calm surroundings with the sound of the waves. The house has fiber, perfect for home office. From the balcony you can enjoy incredible sunsets and flaming northern lights. Along the sea road to Skaland - 4 km - the nature experiences are in line - white sandstones - sea and mountain formations. Skaland offers a cafe, a great grocery store and a local pub. Marked hiking trail to "Husfjellet" - 650 m high - starts at the grocery store. Welcome to Bøvær.

Easy starting point for trips to the mountains, the sea and the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our social sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, seat pad, etc. Hot tub is booked separately, NOK 850/73 Euro. Booking min 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid-April to the first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and the proud mothers.

The view is towards Senja and Rya connection where all boat traffic passes. It is a quiet and peaceful area, and there are lots of nice hiking areas right from the front door. Most guests choose to use a rental car as bus connections are somewhat limited, especially on weekends. The house is 40 km from Tromsø city center.
