Great opportunities for canoeing/kayaking, biking, mountain hiking, fishing and similar. In the winter time you can enjoy the aurora borealis right outside the living room window. Along the sea road to Skaland - 4 km - the nature experiences are in line - white sandstones - sea and mountain formations. Skaland offers a cafe, a great grocery store and a local pub. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

The cabin is fully equipped with everything you will need and the bathroom is spacious with water closet and large shower. The cabin is located on the north side of Senja, surrounded by lovely nature and posibillities for numerous hikes in the area. The cabin is well equipped and is a perfect base for exploring Senja by foot, bicycle or car. You can drive to the door and park right outside. Very quiet area with a nice scenery to the fjord and mountains.
