Liv's house is situated by the end of the road - in Bøvær - close to a 750 m long beach. Here you will find "Kråkeslottet" - where conserts and exhibitions take place in the summer. Hiking routes start 750m from the house. The whole fjord is perfect for paddling and fishing. The supermarket, restaurant and local pub is 5 km away. The famous hiking route to Husfjellet - "The Queens Path" - starts from the church in Skaland. Bøvær is perfect for relaxing and exploring nature of Senja island.

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Greit med parkering. 32 km fra flyplassen. Flere matbutikker på vegen fra flyplassen. Veldig gode muligheter for nordlys, skiturer, fisketurer og flere turoperatører i nærheten. The cabin is located on the north side of Senja, surrounded by lovely nature and posibillities for numerous hikes in the area. The cabin is well equipped and is a perfect base for exploring Senja by foot, bicycle or car. You can drive to the door and park right outside. Very quiet area with a nice scenery to the fjord and mountains.
