Senja - charming older cabin with sea-view.

A gem by the sea in the municipality of Senja. Free parking up by garage/main road about 60 meters from the cabin. Quiet and peaceful with amazing views. Some traffic noise may occur. Lovely sun conditions. Midnight sun in summer, and if you're lucky you'll see the northern lights in the winter. About 8 km to Finnsnes city, and 11 km to Sørreisa village. Lots of opportunities for the outdoors in the nearby area. The cabin is only 35 minutes from Ånderdalen National Park. An amazing place with great hiking trails and rest areas.

Here you will find white sandy beaches, beautiful nature and family-friendly mountain hiking. The cabin is 1 hour drive from Tromsø and only a 5 minute drive from Sommarøy. This cabin is not for your average tourist, but rather for the outdoors enthousiast. You must know/bring: Skis/snow shoes Sleeping bag/sleeping bag liner How to light a fire Head torch Map knowledge/how to find your way outdoors in the winter if you book, it's very important that you read the house rules/manual thoroughly before you arive. I do not have the opertunity to check on the cabin between each visit, so i expect guests to leave the cabin as it was found. I hope you have a great stay!

Cozy rebuilt boathouse close to the sea. Amazing view over the fjord, and to the midnight sun. Easy to be in very close contact with the elementsand and the nature. Big window with an amazing view! Tap water and electrisity is installed. Wooden oven for heating and for baking or boiling food. Dishes, cups, plates, pots, all you need. Double + one single bed. The bathroom, mini-kitchen, toilet and the single bed is in the other end of the building, separated from the studio and the bedroom.

Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening. There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request. We have a small dog in our family. Internet fiber
