House vacation rentals in Leeds and the Thousand Islands

My family was in town for our sister's wedding and wanted a nice space to spend a few days together and send her off, and this was just the perfect one! The house and setting are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A lot of thought and care had been put into the design and setup, and much effort dedicated to maintain it (we easily saw two teams dropping by for landscaping and pool cleaning). The space is expansive and full of light with great view into nature. The living areas are functional and provided with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor enclosed area (with hot tub) and the pool are both terrific. The weather was not great when we were there (a shame that we didn't use the pool or the Sandbanks pass - great touch to include though) but we were able to make the most of it as there were lots within quick driving distance (wineries, town of Picton) Beforehand a lot of information and communications were sent and we felt at ease and supported throughout. Thank you!

Such a great place! We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this charming country home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and welcomed. The house was beautifully decorated, had a hot tub and a pool, and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for our family getaway—plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore, while the adults enjoyed the serene views and fresh air. It was one of the most relaxing and most memorable weekend getaways we've ever had. The host was also incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips that enhanced our experience. This country home was the ideal retreat to unwind, reconnect, and create lasting family memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming escape from the city. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome spot with endless activities! Really enjoyed our stay at Scott's rental, took full advantage of the heated pool even with the not-so-great weather in May. Loved all the game options and really appreciated all the décor that makes this place very unique and fun. Would highly recommend to anyone and I definitely plan on staying here again.

We had the absolute best trip, and Erica’s place played a huge part in that. The property was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and so comfortable. Erica was incredibly responsive and organized from the very start, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment in the space and would come back in a heartbeat. This was the perfect location for us in PEC. It was central to the wineries, breweries, walking trails and parks we fit into our visit. Bonnie was a greag host who provided a lot of detail in advance of our check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard is absolutely beautiful and we took advantage of the pool and outdoor fireplace! The indoor space is great, loved the kitchen and all the nooks perfect for reading! If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat, highly recommend!

The place was spacious, quiet, and very well-equipped with all the essentials. The hairdryer was powerful (which is a rare find!), and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The home itself is quite spacious and set across multiple levels, so be prepared for some stairs. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming — truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

The mansion is beautiful! I will say as a person who is very easily spooked by old houses, this place doesn’t give off the creepy haunted vibe you’d expect it to. The house is a bit dusty as is to be expected it’s 200 years old and I definitely recommend bringing some extra pillows, other than that it was an absolutely beautiful weekend away, the house is historic and very fascinating. James offered us a FREE tour of the areas of the house that they are currently renovating and explained the deep history of each and every room. They have definitely done right by the original owner. If you’re considering staying here but you aren’t sure let my review be the one that sways you because it really is one of the most unique experiences you’ll have.

What’s a beautiful space ! Wonderful hosts completely respected our privacy , very respected and kind. Host also gave us a different gift certificate for dinner since the restaurant next door was closed the days of our stay, that place was just as wonderful! 10/10 recommend

We spent a long weekend here to enjoy the Thousand Islands area. The house is well situated for that. The house was clean and had all the conveniences of home. We loved it!

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb's over the past years, but Mary's place would be at the top of my list. Swan's Nest is the most well-equipped, cleanest, and organized Airbnb I have ever encountered. My three sisters and I spent a week in the Thousand Islands, enjoying the beautiful area and spending time together. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and having three bathrooms worked out wonderfully for us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! Every night we enjoyed playing cards in the bar room downstairs. We also enjoyed late afternoon chats and reading in the downstairs sun room, which included a wonderful fireplace. Swan's Nest is located perfectly for visits to Clayton, Alexandria Bay, Gananoque, boat tours, and the many parks with hiking trails. We loved everything! I highly recommend Swan's Nest. It was an amazing Airbnb and located in a perfect area to explore!

This place is perfect! Beautiful sunset in the evening! It’s adorable and warm . I could have have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely come back again . Close to all attractions in the Alexandria Bay. Love it!

My friends and I stayed here for a couple nights, it was very clean and such cute decor. The area was so peaceful and quiet. A little further from the water than anticipated but overall wonderful stay and would definitely recommend for a restful getaway.

Great view of the river, passing ships, and fantastic sunsets… which is what we were looking for in our few days up on the River. place was nice and cozy. wish we had more time to relax and enjoy. I’d return here again!

we had a great stay at Sherry's! The farm animals were great to hear...and new lambs! The house was easy to find. Sherry recommended a local grocery to us, it was awesome. we were there 3 times. Sherry had a fence enclosure put up for our days, that was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect ! The chalet is beautiful and the view amazing. Riley has been extremely helpful and responsive for everything we needed. His place is well furnished and very tidy which was highly appreciated ! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to come back.

Our overnight stay was perfect-pictures do not do it justice! Marlene’s retreat is the perfect place to unwind-especially the dining area overlooking the river-magical! From the well equipped kitchen (and welcoming bottle of bubbly), to the wonderfully comfortable beds, I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay-a dip in the steamy hot tub, really topped off our busy day.
