Cabin vacation rentals in Leeds and the Thousand Islands

My son and I rented a place last year from Alison that set the tone really high for any future air b&b experiences and despite that one being an absolute blast we somehow were treated to an even more amazing experience at The Treehouse Cabin! This had everything we could have asked for, children's playstructure, fire pit, hot tub, hammock and chairs, outdoor seating, a gorgeous view of the water that we even managed to go swimming in despite it being early May. Awesome right? We haven't even touched on the interior. The cottage has the sort of charm that only these two could put on. Beautiful interior, Alison's best pillows,throw blankets, comfortable seating etc. Not to mention the fantastic carrot cake that I had been hoping for since last years rental! The master bedroom was about as relaxing a sleep as one could hope for and the cottage had everything one could possibly need. Before leaving we booked the cottage again! Thanks for giving us memories that will last forever!

My partner and I had a fantastic weekend getaway to Place for my birthday! Silver and Will have done an incredible job. It is beautifully designed and so functional! It has everything you could need and the layout is excellent! We enjoyed the screened in porch when the mosquitos were out and when it was raining. The fire pit was wonderful for an afternoon and evening hangout. Relaxing in the hottub was a treat! We had an awesome time canoeing on the quiet lake, which is huge and easy to access. The decor and design is modern and gorgeous. It is exactly as pictured. It is private and cosy. Silver and Will were responsive and were wonderful hosts! We can’t wait to be back again!

This was such a phenomenal place to stay. The access to the river was lovely, and the entire house had so many great touches and details. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds and pillows so so comfortable. Location was fantastic and close to everything you need. I will definitely be back to stay here again !

Wonderful, cozy cabin! Great host! Easy check in and checkout process. Nice, private property in the middle of nature. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and enjoyable 2 night stay. Everything we wanted and more! The hot tub was a great feature. Plenty to do at this property. We will be looking to stay again!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this cottage! The place had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The interior was cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the sauna (wood fired) and hot tub as it was a bit chilly . Just a note, the hot tub is a bit smaller, best suited for two people at a time. Outside, the cottage really shines. There’s a great spot for bonfires (Firewood provided !) with a beautiful view and a perfect vantage point to take in the lake, We even spotted a few hummingbirds visiting the deck area. There is also a small lawn area for some outdoor sports and games. Cottage also has good watercraft/fishing/swimming opportunities. Overall a great place.

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

Wonderful place to spend some relaxed days in the beautiful Canadian nature. The cottage was fully equipped, neat, cozy and lovingly decorated. Exactly as shown on the pictures. Nothing was missed. Charlotte and Cindy replied within shortest time and provided all relevant information well in advance. We enjoyed the stay from the first minute and couldn't imagine a better place for our vacation. Hope to come back!

My friends and I had a lovely stay. It’s a beautiful property, so quiet and private. The inside was thoughtfully decorated, spotless and well equipped. A great hot tub too! The perfect location for a getaway in PEC. Parker was a great host with clear and friendly communications. Thanks for having us!

The Pittstop was truly a surprise! The cabin is cozy and has everything you need, just get bedding as instructed in the listing. View out the door faces a field and its right next to a fire pit. This a perfect Glamping experience with zero setup required. Peter and Maria are wonderful people, the are so friendly and we had a wonderful time walking around the farm with Peter and learning all about how they do everything. We will definitely go back :)

We had an awesome stay at Dawn's cabin! The place is really quiet and private. Even if the place doesn't have electricity and water everything you need is there such as water bottles, snacks, kitchen supplies, BBQ with gaz, wood, pans, candles and chargeable lights, blankets etc. Also we were there to celebrate my birthday and Dawn was really thoughtful by placing some cupcakes for our arrival. Self check-in was also really smooth and well indicated. I totally recommend you to book there. It was such a good weekend to reload our batteries away from the city. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about Virginia and her amazing retreat. We were looking for a simple halfway stop on our way home from seeing family in the US and found this amazing space run by wonderful people. It was a treasure and we will be back. This beautiful family is forging a new way of living and travel that is sustainable and gives me hope. She is a great host if you have children and are interested in forest school and learning about local history and geography. My son was free to run and hear nothing but nature sounds and then we took the ferry everyday into Kingston to explore Canadian history and culture and eat amazing food. We went to the Wolfe Island hotel to eat local wonderful food and visited the stunning isolated beach every night at sunset. Wolfe Island is a place like no other. I had such a great connection with the host and her commitment to the earth and the future. Thank you Virginia!

A bit of a drive but well worth the peace and quiet of this beautiful cabin in the woods! My friends and I spent our weekend kayaking, puzzling, and BBQing. Mike was so responsive and everything was very smooth. Would definitely come back!

This was a great escape from the city! The place was great but what was greater was Monica! She was extremely responsive, friendly and thoughtful. She made sure that we felt home every step of the way. She even put up a happy birthday banner for us since we were there to celebrate a birthday. When it got colder one of the days, she was proactive and asked if we needed an extra blanket before I requested it. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Phoenix house, took a long meander through the woods, borrowed the canoe for a paddle, decompressed in the sauna then relaxed on the sun-bed heated gently by the wood stove. All in all Rena and Co made us feel right at home and welcome to explore.

Such a cozy space that accurately reflected the Air BNB listing! The location was approximately 15 minute away from downtown Picton by car which was a major plus for us. Sally was proactive with her communication with us and always quick to respond to our messages. We arrived late in the evening and there was limited lighting along the long driveway which made it slightly more challenging when we first got there but this wasn't a huge deal. Sally has a large sign with arrows indicating for you to follow to the cabin & where to park your vehicle which was helpful. The cabin was well-furnished and clean. The bed and seating were very comfortable. Mother nature wasn't completely on our side for our weekend getaway as it rained and was slightly too cold for us to make use of the beautiful screened in porch, the fire pit or explore down by the water on the property. The cabin has a nice remote controlled fire place that adds an extra cozy touch. We would definitely recommend!

The cottage was adorable and super clean. It was a wonderfully relaxing spot for the end of our vacation. Loved being able to walk into town for breakfast. Our host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful views from a very well taken cared for home. Clean and well stocked. I highly reccomend staying here. Excellent fishing!!!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the different bird songs around the property. Also, the friendly chickens strutting around freely were very entertaining! The host had beautiful freshly picked lilacs on the table inside the living room. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner waiting for us. It was a cozy cabin! Carol Ann and Bob

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Songwood Cabin! Tom and Jeanne were amazing hosts, readily available and always with prompt responses. They welcomed us warmly and got us settled. The cabin itself is private, surrounded by trees so that you feel like you're deep in the woods. The hiking trails are lovely. We enjoyed touring Kemptville and Merrickville as well for some quaint shops and tasty meals. That said, the cabin is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. My husband is the true outdoorsman whereas I certainly prefer some comforts, like a bathroom in the building as opposed to an outhouse. Songwood Cabin is the perfect compromise between off-grid/glamping style vacation and a comfortable cottage. Tom and Jeanne have thought of everything! The farm fresh eggs were a wonderful surprise and so tasty. It was a perfect little getaway and we hope to return for another in the future!. Thank you so much, Tom and Jeanne!

Alyce’s cabin by the lake is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The setting is peaceful and private, with stunning views of the lake that made the morning and evening feel magical. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the porch, kayaking, or just relaxing by the firepit, every part of the experience was serene and refreshing.
