Apartment on 2 levels with excellent finishes, large terrace overlooking the domes of the churches in the surroundings including the Cathedral of Lecce. Devoid of any noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely independent. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom, on the terrace, can be used in the summer. If you want to use the second bedroom even if there are only 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

The apartment is amazing! The view and terrace were beyond our expectations! We were there with a baby, and Immacolata gave us a lot of attention (comforter offered for the baby, bathtub, high chair, yogurt for baby), and for us too. There is one bedroom that closes with a door for the baby, and the other with a curtain for us, so perfect. Access to the sea from a path that starts from the house, with a walk also, however with a baby we could not swim from this place, but it's okay the beach is not far and accessible on foot too. We recommend it!

This place is beyond special. Set in the carriage house of a splendid villa estate. The location was perfect for us, between lovely Nardo and the gorgeous waterfront of Santa Caterina. Anna and Carlo are gracious and generous hosts, it was our great pleasure to get to know them a little bit during our stay. They are passionate gardeners and conservationists and this passion was evident in all that they did. We were greeted with fruit and herbs from the garden and delicious local wine. The casa (there are two, side by side) was spotless and beautifully decorated, the pool just perfect. We hope to return one day. Thank you Carlo and Anna for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.
