Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

We were in Paris to visit the city and this was Airbnb was very good. It was clean, nice furnished and the communication with Alice was perfect. I would recommed it 👍🏻

We had such a lovely stay at Heloise's apartment. Not only was Heloise so sweet, she also accommodated us on very short notice. We can't thank her enough for being so kind, considerate, and going above and beyond for us. We felt right at home in the space, everything was exactly as pictured, and the rooftop views were fabulous. The entire space is clean, bight, and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking for calm and quite during the night, but the flat is also situated perfectly in relation to other areas of Paris. It's boarders Le Marias and is right by the 11th which gives a very local vibe. The apartment is one of our very favorite airbnbs we have stayed at and we would not hesitate to book the space on another trip to Paris. Thank you again Heloise for making our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our time in your beautiful space.

Nile's place is clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Nile was helpful and responsive and offered excellent kitchen amenities. Grateful for his attentiveness!

This apartment is in a fabulous neighbourhood and very well appointed and equipped. Paul was very helpful with late check out and with recommendations for restaurants etc. the place was very clean and spacious, with the upstairs deck/terrace a special treat. Stunning view of Sacre Couer.

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

Great airbnb as described, would stay again.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

I would like to thank Margo and Mathieu very much for this beautiful apartment. We stayed there for a month without any problems. They always responded promptly to our messages and even left breakfast items. The place is quiet, with shopping malls, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. I really appreciate your kindness and I would highly recommend this house.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.
