The house consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140 cm x 190 cm, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a garden. 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, 25 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 40 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier and 1.5 hours from Puy du Fou. Near the village of Perrier, 10 minutes by car (bakery, supermarket, etc.)
