The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, a toilet and a washing machine.

Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a fold-out sofa and offering a large bed (2 places). There is also an independent bedroom (140X200 bed) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the Monnerie lakes, the swimming pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
