Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

Parking is free on the street. 15-minute walk from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 minutes from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the booking is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24-hour auto and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.
