Looking for a quiet break in the countryside. We are waiting for you to stay in our quiet peaceful haven in the countryside. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.) La Flèche Zoo 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the 24H circuit, 25 minutes from the 24H and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe, or with friends, you will feel right at home!

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
