Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
