Lovely apartment located in the north of the island overlooking the bay of Cala Feola. Free parking under the house. The apartment has a spacious layout with an equipped living room-kitchen entrance, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Large outdoor space with two terraces, one located at the entrance and the other in the wing above the house, both are equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue area, kitchen and solarium area. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is not rented to minors without parents.

A private infinity pool appears to extend towards the ocean, surrounded by lush greenery. The serene bay and distant hills can be seen under a clear blue sky, creating a tranquil setting for relaxation.
