We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

Great! The accommodation is welcoming, clean and with all the necessities inside. The apartment is well located and secured with its dedicated parking space. We recommend it if you want to spend a few days there!

Very communicative and responsive hosts. Apartment ideally located in the heart of La Rochelle with independent access and very pleasant setting. Everything is available to feel good in the accommodation even for short stays and impeccable cleanliness. Special mention for the small touches left by the owners🍬. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Julie's apartment. Matches the photos, brand new, well-equipped (especially the kitchen with dishwashing liquid, coffee capsules, sponge, garbage bags...), beautifully decorated and very clean. And the little extra: sea accessible right across. Julie hosted us very warmly and recommended restaurants and places of interest on the Île de Ré and La Rochelle.

Pleasantly surprised , because despite my reservation the same day, they were very responsive and everything went very well.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

Nice, well arranged apartment. The swimming pool as well as the sauna and steam room are a plus. Shops are within walking distance and the port is charming. Recommended.

Very nice stay, from start to finish. Coralie is very friendly and flexible on check-in/checkout conditions and times. The apartment, as described, is very well appointed for a single person or has 2. Nothing else to say about cleanliness! The residence is very quiet and the beach is only a 3 minute walk is a real plus! I can only recommend Coralie's place!

A lovely little house in a peaceful haven. Sylvaine and Stéphane are welcoming, full of good advice and super available. The house is perfect for two with its small garden that delighted my dog. It's easy to park on the parallel streets. You almost want to keep the address to yourself. I'll be back, that's for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is secluded and peaceful but also within easy walking distance to the port in La Flotte. Having a pool to cool down in is a great bonus when the days are hot. The kitchen is a fantastic space, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a really lovely place, and I would certainly stay again.

The Villa was exceptional. Beautiful garden with well designed seating areas, fantastic pool and hot tub. The layout of the villa served us well; 2 families with 6 children. Isabelle was very responsive to any query and very flexible with check in time, which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this villa to those wanting a great base for exploring the area.

We had a lovely time at Will et Cellou’s house, the house is really well equipped and comfortable and the outside space was perfect. If we come back to the area we would love to stay again.

We were very well hosted by.m Benoît who was able to listen to us and considerate throughout our stay. We were in the house like home it's so functional and comfortable to live in (even in hot weather). It's aptly named '' Children's Paradise ''. Very well appointed, there are plenty of board games available, the trampoline, the swing and of course the pool. Everything is there for a good stay in a beautiful region. We would recommend it without hesitation.
