Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

La Douze is perfect for accommodating 1–2 families comfortably in all seasons. The large living room, open to the terrace, south-facing and not overlooked, is an invitation to large family tables and relaxation. The double exposure offers you clarity and light all day and its location in a cul-de-sac is absolutely quiet.

Comfortable and very pleasant 120 m2 house in a green setting, 1000 m2 wooded enclosed land, beach 150 m away and city center 500 m away. Located in a cul-de-sac, the setting is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Large living room with open kitchen, lounge area with fireplace for winter evenings. Two bedrooms with 160 beds, a closed bedroom on a 160 mezzanine bed, plus bedroom open to living room with two beds of 90. Two bathes with toilet, garage. Numerous bikes available.

Enjoy the island in a spacious and bright villa organized around its patio and swimming pool, NOT OVERLOOKED. Come and relax in PEACE while being close to the center of the village (600m) and beaches (1km). Recently renovated, its large and warm living area responds with a bright hallway to a new and almost independent night part. All rooms overlook the garden. Great for stays with family or friends, where everyone can live at their own pace.

You will be quiet, not overlooked, close to bike paths, 5 minutes from the village and less than 10 minutes from the beaches by bike.
