Studio is as shown in the photos, well appointed and has everything you need for a few days. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is then a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very considerate host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Lovely apartment with views of park, lots of room, perfect location for walking around the old port which is the hub of La Rochelle. The train and bus station only about 3 minutes away. There is a taxi rank in front of the train station for taxi to airport. Marion responded to any questions very quickly.

We were greeted by Christine, she is a very gracious lady and surprised us going above & beyond by helping us carry heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor as elevator was not working. The apt. is just as described, tastefully decorated, very clean, luminous and appointed for our week long stay. Very good location as well. Highly recommend.

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice small balcony for breakfast, I used the pool, sauna and hammam with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we'll be back with pleasure, thank you Jacky for your hospitality and Pascal for his accommodation

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. Perfect accommodation for two, easy to access and ideally located. Beautiful bedroom, very large bathroom, very clean and well decorated, no complaints. We will definitely go back during our next stay in La Rochelle.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is in a very good location on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. The accommodation is renovated, very tasteful and the layout is functional. The bedding is great😊. Angelique is very responsive and attentive. I'll be back. 😊

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.
