Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. There is a reason that guests want to return to this beautiful home and I, like many others, have been enchanted by it's charm. Credit has to be given to host Stella who is responsible for the five star reviews and return visits. This is our fourth stay. The setting is spectacular! Inside the Airbnb, you will find a beautiful and well designed home that has lovely furniture and personal touches, a complete kitchen, a large bathroom, outdoor balcony spaces and a comfortable bed and bedroom. Stella is the ultimate host and will make sure that you have a five star experience, one that you will not forget. You might however be spoiled after visiting this Airbnb as you will always be comparing other places to this one. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Nous avons seulement resté une nuit à l'appartement de Manuel en prévision de notre vol de retour prévu le lendemain matin. L'appartement de Manuel respectait la description et les photos. L'appartement était même plutôt grand avec une jolie petite terrasse dans la cour intérieure. Bien que l'appartement ne comprenne pas de stationnement, il est facile de trouver un endroit sécuritaire dans les rues avoisinantes. L'appartement est à environ 10-15min en voiture de l'aéroport. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

séjour magnifique chez Salvatore qui est un hôte adorable l appartement est magnifique un belle endroit où l on peu profiter du calme et d une terrasse magnifique proche de la mer et pour passer des soirées paisible sur la terrasse je recommande à 💯% son bel appartement et on y reviendra avec plaisir merci encore pour ce beau séjour Salvatore

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sono un cliente difficile in quanto mi sposto con 5 bassotti che sono cani molto reattivi. Emilia e il figlio Lorenzo sono persone squisite. Abitazione: un grande monolocale con una vetrata mozzafiato. Giardino: giardino dedicato all’abitazione ben recintato. Posteggio: nella zona prospiciente l’ingresso dell’abitazione. Area circostante: un grande giardino della villa di Emilia con giochi per i bambini e molti animali. Dintorni: la frazione di Montepagano di Roseto che consiglio a tutti di visitare. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un appunto è la strada comunale di 400 metri che non ha avuto una grande manutenzione ma non è colpa di Emilia che sta facendo di tutto affinchè il Comune di Roseto si occupi anche della frazione di Montepagano.

Очень стильная квартира. Расположена 3 минуты от моря. 35 минут от аэропорта.В квартире очень чисто и есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха.Хозяин очень отзывчивый ,ответственный и помогает со всеми вопросами связанными с отдыхом. Однозначно рекомендуем !

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La sistemazione è stata semplicemente fantastica: una porzione di villa fronte mare, curata con semplicità, pulitissima e super attrezzata. Nota di merito assoluta al dehors: uno spazio impagabile immerso nella macchia mediterranea, con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Giorgia è stata disponibilissima e molto flessibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Una vera sorpresa… e una certezza per il futuro: torneremo sicuramente!

Locuința a fost impecabilă și Ștefano foarte receptiv. Singurul dezavantaj este ca este foarte dificil să ajungi de la locuință la aeroport dacă vrei să folosești mijloace de transport în comun. Autobuzele nu circulă conform programului și nu te poți baza pe ele. De aceea aș schimba 9 minutes from the airport pentru ca este valabil doar dacă mergi cu mașina sau taxi

Daniele is a super host. Very helpful and proactive. The flat was spotless and very close to all the amenities with a terrific view of the hanour, beach and sea. Close to the station for day trips to Rome. I would highly recommend Daniele’s flat . We had a wonderful stay . 😁

Our stay was perfect! Francesca was incredibly attentive, the apartment was beautiful and spotless. The apartment is in such a brilliant location with the beach being so close with so many lovely restaurants and shops around. Francesca gave us many great recommendations which made our stay even more special. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you Francesca, we hope to come back!
