Vacation rentals with beach access in Lazio

Ihana paikka, josta hyvät julkiset yhteydet Roomaan. Saatiin hyviä vinkkejä milloin Roomaan kannattaa mennä ja milloin ei, kun on paljon porukkaa liikkeeellä. Caroline oli erittäin ystävällinen ja hänen kanssaan saatiin helposti sovittua lisäyö lennon peruuntumisen vuoksi ja aikaisempi sisäänkirjautuminen ja myöhempi uloskirjautuminen. Hyvin voisin tulla uudelleenkin. 🤩

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Homaira was so kind with recommendations and setting up transportation to and from the Airbnb! Thank you so much!

Sara and her space were lovely! We arrived fairly late and Sara arranged a taxi to pick us up, as well as greeted us at the door. We only stayed through the night, but the place was great! Very close to the airport, giving us really easy access to flying out the next day. If you need quick access to the airport for an early flight, this space is perfect!

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

Caterina's place was the perfect spot for our one night stay between our cruise vacation and our flight. We tried two restaurants and a gellato place on her recommended list, and they were all excellent. Caterina communicated great and even accommodated an early check-in. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

This place is charming, clean well equipped and perfect for a day or night before a flight. Claudio is such a gracious and helpful host. He offers airport pickups and drop off which is convenient. He also lives close by and can help with anything when needed. He and his wife make sure you’re comfortable and you have everything you need. Lovely people! The house itself has everything you need and more. The front yard has nice outdoor seating to relax. The neighborhood has many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay near the airport.

We had a great time in this apartment. the view was amazing and we loved sitting on the terrace to watch the sunset. the apartment is super close to two supermarkets and some restaurants. the bus stop is also 100m from the apartment and it takes you straight to the Port. Cala Gaetano Is very close (steep descent) but beautiful. the check in was really flexible and easy and we were met from the bus stop. the only problem that we encountered was that the WiFi was a little weak (we had 4G so it wasn't a huge issue). the apartment was very clean. we will definitely stay here again when we return to Ponza! 😃

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Mena ci ha accolti, nei pressi dell’appartamento, ed ivi condotti. Al giungere ci si è meravigliati per lo spettacolo che ci veniva proposto: una terrazza da sogno che domina il golfo innanzi… proprio come pubblicato nel sito. Tutto veramente straordinario: location, pulizia, cortesia e contatti interessanti per gite in barca ed altro. FIDATEVI!!!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Davide muy amable y atento en todo momento, el apartamento estaba impoluto y moderno, lo único que se agradecería sería un microondas. Lo demás todo perfecto y el apartamento está ubicado cerca de la estación y a unos minutos de la playa. Repetiría la estancia.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! L’appartamento è molto pulito e assolutamente come in foto, Giuseppe è stato davvero tanto disponibile, presente, attento a tutti i dettagli per farti avere l’esperienza, la coccola, di casa tua ma in vacanza. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare rende tutto spettacolare, l’unica nota dolente è stata dover andar via! Torneremo sicuramente, un pensiero anche per Daniel che ci ha aiutato con lettini e ombrellone, gentilissimo anche lui, sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente.

Great location - right by the sea, walkable to the center and with the shops and restaurants around. The apartment is clean and modern. Highly recommend.

Locuința a fost impecabilă și Ștefano foarte receptiv. Singurul dezavantaj este ca este foarte dificil să ajungi de la locuință la aeroport dacă vrei să folosești mijloace de transport în comun. Autobuzele nu circulă conform programului și nu te poți baza pe ele. De aceea aș schimba 9 minutes from the airport pentru ca este valabil doar dacă mergi cu mașina sau taxi

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Muito bom, Stefano é uma pessoa gentil, sempre disposto a ajudar, é muito confiável Amei a estadia, bem em frente à praia, ambiente calmo, super recomendo
