Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway overlooking the beautiful Black Sands Beach. The bottom level of the house is on the cliffs edge so you will have a Birds Eye view of all the whale activity and people watching on the beach. The large deck has glass railing which makes it completely unobstructed. There are no neighbors directly on either side so it is very quiet and private. Newly renovated small-scale kitchen & living room. Just a short walk to the restaurants. Perfect for R&R.

It is a studio lay out with a cal king bed and a sofa bed. Has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. On the property we have ducks and chickens. (They are free range, so watch your step) Pet friendly, however there is an additional $10 fee.
