From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. Directly behind the pastures of the AZL is the half-timbered house with the “Carl-Otto” apartment, which is located in the annex. In the entrance area, stable and hiking shoes as well as jackets can be left right at the coat rack. On the 1st upper floor is the cozy new 1-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette.

The small apartment of about 50 square meters has a separate entrance and is located on the first floor. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (easy to move as needed), 1 living room with a pull-out sofa bed, 1 entrance area with dining table and bookcase, kitchen and bathroom.

A vacation home is rented in the cultural monument "Graben 24" in Lauenburg/Elbe. The house is 300 years old and is a listed building. It is renovated in accordance with historical preservation, equipped to a high standard and is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.
