Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Las Vegas Strip

Wonderful home! Clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 or 5, and so close to the airport/strip. Kat was a lovely host who was friendly and helpful in every message. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance :)

Wow, amazing attention to detail. Such a great home for family vacation. The home is incredibly clean, lots of room to spread out and relax. We were greeted with various treats which was a fun and welcomed surprise. The pool is wonderful with a relaxing waterfall feature. Highly recommend.

The air bnb was spotless, cozy, and clearly well cared for. Heck in process was super simple and Lisa was able to accommodate an earlier check in time for us as well since we had an early flight. We had a great time playing pool, and the outdoor patio was a relaxing spot to unwind! The bed was VERY comfortable with plenty of pillows which we appreciated. We also loved the big, spacious bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made the stay even more relaxing. We wish we could have stayed longer! Lisa was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Ruben’s place in Palms Place, Las Vegas! The unit was beautiful, and the balcony offered an absolutely stunning view—perfect for relaxing or enjoying the city lights. Ruben was an exceptional host, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were a total breeze, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas!

My stay at Zhandong’s home was a perfect fit for 2 people. As shown on the listing, it’s a cozy little home just off the Vegas strip in a quiet little neighborhood. Amazing accommodation, everything is in a very well condition and it is equipped with everything you need. The communication with Melissa was very easy and friendly, she reacted quickly with support. The location is within a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. The Strip or Fremont Street are only a few minutes away by car.

Troy is a great host! Thank you so much for the hospitality! The place and stay was great. The pictures don’t do enough justice because it looks way better once you get there! Troy was very punctual in responding and also gave clear/more detailed instructions when I needed something. I would definitely recommend to others and I look forward to booking again in the future..10/10 for sure!

Tong’s place was amazing with all the essentials available. The place was cozy and not a far drive from the Strip. You also gain access to the gym and pool which was a plus. I recommend this place to people who are looking for a comfy stay.

We would stay at this space again. Easy check in and the room was larger than expected. Nice as it's a little off the strip. Clean and quiet. We really enjoyed eating at the Happy Camper across the street.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

This is a beautiful apartment. Everything is high end, very well coordinated and extremely clean. Loved the king bed and the awesome rain shower. There is a little courtyard outside the door that allows you to sit outside and where you can smoke. The location isn't far from the strip. Very quiet and private.

It was such a great and comfortable stay for a weekend in Vegas! Thank you Paul for being such a great host! I definitely recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at Luis’s studio apartment at the MGM Signature (Tower One). From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was absolutely spotless—clearly well cared for—and it immediately felt like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and two guests from our party stayed on the sofa bed, which they also found very cozy and supportive. It's rare to find a place where every sleeping arrangement is equally comfortable, but this one nailed it. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Strip but still quiet enough to relax and unwind when needed. Luis was outstanding as a host: communicative, responsive, and attentive to every question and request, no matter how small. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else on the Strip. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a host who truly cares, this is the place. I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Luis!

Christopher’s suite was perfect. The entire Strip view can be seen right from the room. The suite was clean and well-organized. Valet service was free and the staff were helpful. The hotel quickly provided kitchen items like cutlery, plates, etc. We were very pleased with our stay.

Easy check in, I had no reason to reach out to him during the stay but towards the end the one time he did promptly reply. The place was clean, and location was convenient.

Everything was fine , great location, good vibes , close the strip , away from the crowed. Easy to find. Pool access was a vibe . Bathroom needed a lot attention.

We have been to Las Vegas many times. We have stayed at some of the large resort casinos on the strip and some of the smaller boutique hotels off the strip. This was by far the easiest to access and most reasonably priced place we have stayed. The room itself is very large for two people and very comfortable. The building it’s in which is part of the MGM complex has no casino and therefore is very quiet and does not stink like stale beer and cigarettes. It is much more like staying at a five-star hotel. The pool was not crowded, very clean and very relaxing.There is a nice bar and small restaurant that is poolside. When we return to Vegas, this will be our go to for accommodations. Is a quick walk to the strip, but has none of the hassles associated with the strip.
