Great and budget friendly place to stay close to everything Vegas has to offer! Definitely a budget rental, but for the price you can’t beat it. Just don’t expect Caesar’s palace and you’ll be fine!

Very quiet and great spot! Nothing was longer than a 15 min ride uber/Lyft and stores are in walking distance. Really cozy and the air conditioning worked great! Will definitely book again!

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

I had a fantastic stay! The space was much larger than I expected and offered a great sense of privacy. Everything was incredibly clean, and the private parking was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the outdoor area—it was the perfect place to unwind as the evening cooled down. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This was (I think) our 4th time staying at this AirBnB and as always we just loved our time there. Over the past two years we've visited Vegas 8 times and used other AirBnBs for the other 4. They were all totally fine, but this one just feels like home. It feels like we're staying at a friends house. It is the PERFECT distance from the Strip. Far enough away to get peace and quiet but not so far that it's a pain to drive it. Aesthetically the backyard is super pleasant (we like to make breakfast in the well appointed kitchen and eat outside). So grateful they make their home available to us weary travelers! :D

Our accommodations were exemplary, from check in to check out. This home had many special touches that made our stay feel special. This host does provide Cadillac service. We loved the esthetic of the home, which was well represented and we appreciated the location. We would stay again!

Loved the house. We had 6 adults and 1 child staying at Alexis’s place and everyone was comfortable and the place was beautiful. I would stay there again the house was awesome

I chose Alan and Christine’s place to host my family during my wedding weekend, and this was a choice I would again and again thank myself for in the 7 days I spent there. Everything about this place is truly delightful, and appointed perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive host, and it may have been the easiest check-in I’ve found on Airbnb. I’ll definitely seek it out the next time I’m in Vegas.

Host is very welcoming and provided clear instructions. The propert was clean and well kept. My group of friends had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. We would've had to pay double or triple the price for a hotel. I would recommend this listing to a friend.

Host was super responsive! He was able to respond very quickly to any concerns and check-in throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and everything was as as listed and in the photos. The price was well affordable for the holiday weekend. Area was nice and quiet and easy access to Uber/Lyft rides to the strip and nearby entertainment. We also left some items and host was able to send them back to us next day. Will definitely be booking a stay there again.

We really loved staying at Brian's house. It was such an awesome place, so beautifully architechtured, decorated and so many thoughful details. It was like living in an artist's home. The kids really loved the pool and the great, cute and funny floaties. We adults especially loved the coffee and the fridge with icecubes! And so many other things. Would sincerely recommend Brian's house to all travellers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A more than adequate space, has everything you need. More than that AJ was very responsive to our needs. He had new bedsheets ready for the sofa bed, when we told him our coffeemaker wasn’t working, he immediately remedied the problem and brought a new one.

Al was very responsive to all our questions. The condo was clean and a great location close to Rio, Gold Coast, and the Palms. Great place to stay if you want your family to be together with a living room and dining room table to hang out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and Mike was very nice allowing us to check in early which helped out tremendously since we arrived earlier than anticipated. The place was simple but elegant and very comfortable!! I would definitely book this place again for my future Vegas visits!

Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Vegas. Nice and quiet place close to the strip. Walking distance to South Point Casino that has stuff for the family (bowling, movie theater, and restaurants). Host was awesome and very responsive! Couldn’t beat the price! We will definitely look at this listing as our number one place to rent when we visit again!

This place was nothing less than amazing. It was well stocked and decorated beautifully. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although we were not directly on the strip it was just a few steps away. I think I walked the strip more this time than I ever have being on the strip. The home is beautiful very comfortable and cozy. I definitely will be staying again. Only 8 minutes away from the airport.

Sasha is absolutely amazing and the resort is stunning! Views of the Strip with your own balcony to enjoy fresh air! Close enough to everything you need. Absolutely best air bnb in Vegas
