Host is very welcoming and provided clear instructions. The propert was clean and well kept. My group of friends had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. We would've had to pay double or triple the price for a hotel. I would recommend this listing to a friend.

The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! It smelled and looked clean right when you walked in the door. Chucky was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions! This home is 15 minutes from the strip and was very close to Costco, Target, and other food places.

Great place. We felt like we were at home. Very peaceful. We brought pool toys for the kids and they had a ball. The rooms are spacious. The master suite was the best. We plan on going back but without the kids. Lol. Adelmo is a great host. The communication was great.

Wonderful stay for our group for our vow renewal. Everything was clean and as described. Perfect location about 10 min from the strip. The pool was a nice added bonus. Definitely recommend this place for your group!

Jessica’s place was lovely and well stocked with all the amenities we needed. We had our pup with us on this trip and the home is dog friendly. Clean and close to the strip. We would definitely try to stay at Jessica’s place for our next visit.

Melanie's place is a delightfull , nicely decorated, one bedroom apartment with all the amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and our sleep at night was very restful. Although we stayed at her place during hot weather ,the ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortably cool. Melanie checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided some extra treats. We sure would love to stay at their place again next time we are in Vegas.

This place was super nice and cozy, we did have a couple of late nights out , they had these perfect curtains that blocked out sunlight so we were able to get some sleep in during the day. They had both ac and heaters it was a little cold and windy one of the days so that heater did help a whole lot. Their bed and couch are both supper cozy as well 10/10

House was very private, quiet, and calm; it made the perfect place to relax! Backyard is beautiful and has plenty of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors!

Cindy stayed in touch from beginning to very end. She responds quickly and is ready to solve any issue that may arise. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located right in the middle of everything and maybe a 10-15 min drive to the Vegas Strip and airport. I will definitely try n book if I come back to Vegas again.

Overall our stay was very nice. Within 20 minute drive of the strip. We were looking for more of a family friendly location then staying on the strip itself as we have young kids. The home had everything we could Need. The only real complaint we have was my wife had trouble sleeping as the home is right next to the road and there is a lot of road noise in all the rooms. There is also stairs which our little kids were a little obsessed with climbing on and gave us some gray hair as we do not have stairs at our home. But that is not the fault of the host.

I am satisfied with my stay overall. Theresa was responsive to one question I had and I would stay here again.
