Family-friendly vacation rentals in Las Vegas Strip

Beautiful place. Everything was as advertised. The hot tub was especially nice for the post-Mt. Charleston 1/2 marathon recovery. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with stores and food within walking distance. If you don't mind a little extra walking, the Arts District and Fremont Street are easily attainable, though if you'd rather ride, a very short Uber trip. We'd highly recommend this place and will look for it the next time we're in town.

William was a great host he gave awesome instruction on how to enter, the location of things, he explained what to do if the guards wasn’t at the gate, he sent instructions on how to get hot water lol lol (🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️) thank you William

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

Our stay was perfect with our 2 little ones and family. We had a great time and this is going to be our go - to place for all Vegas trips!

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Beautiful condo at Lake Las Vegas. Very clean, comfortable bed, gorgeous views.

Our stay at Tina's place was amazing. She was incredibly communicative and flexible with our arrival time. The place was better than expected. The pool is wonderful to relax in and the covered outdoor furniture gives you flexibility throughout the full day, plus had a newer grill. Also, a few walkable restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores nearby. We recommend Mr. Mama's! While not on the strip, it is not a short drive to many restaurants, the strip, or the airport. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Jason was a kind and responsive host. He provided very clear instructions for arrival and check out. The space was spacious and very clean! Loved that the areas were sectioned off but still open floor plan. It was perfect for our large group. Location was great — close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

We needed a place to stay for our niece's graduation. The location was perfect, within 20 minutes or less to all the places we needed to go to. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for us (4 adults). We enjoyed the pool and floaties that were available for us to use. The communication with Rias was great. Despite having zero problems, Rias made sure to let us know he was available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend!

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

We had a wonderful time. Tina is a great host. She is very helpful and attentive. I messaged her regarding a question I had about the washer and dryer. She responded quickly with directions. Her home is very welcoming and inviting. The decor in the different bedrooms brings a smile to your face. My family and I spent most of our time in the lovely backyard. The pool is very refreshing. My daughter had fun playing with the pool toys that were available. We utilized the outdoor grill, dining area and covered patio. It was perfect for a family of 5 adults and 1 teenager. We definitely would stay at Tina's again.

My Family loved this place! Right off the strip amazing price and the view of the mountain was amazing which allowed you to feel away from the strip and somewhat peaceful. The bed was comfy the bathroom was awesome it was super clean and super spacious. Close to great restaurants, sushi across the street was great! You are on the strip basically but without the chaos of being on the strip would definitely stay,.... oh the pool at the Palms Place is great we also had brunch at the restaurant there and that was great also!

Just enjoyed a family getaway in Vegas at this property. There were 10 of us, and there was plenty of room - inside and poolside! While the water was still too cold to swim, we definitely enjoyed soaking up the sun out on the back patio. We Ubered to the strip every afternoon - a 10-15 minute ride - for fancy dinners and shows. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great Vegas stay. Rooms at the Elara are always clean and well kept. Attached to the miracle mile, it’s close enough to a casino and other things to do, but far enough to not have to deal with the happenings of a regular casino resort. I’d book again for future stays!

Another great stay! House is exactly as described. Contacted Ray with a quick question upon arrival and received an immediate response. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to all Vegas activities without the chaos of staying on the strip. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house is very comfortable and makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s place. Will return!

Leanne's place suited our needs and then some. We come to Vegas this time of year for our pool tournaments in the VNEA and because of our location it made it easy for us to commute back and forth quickly and with no issues. The view from the balcony was beautiful and would highly recommend staying at her place. We had one issue with the garbage disposal and that was taken care of immediately that alone would make someone like me come back knowing that Leanne is responsible and caring owner.
