Family-friendly vacation rentals in Las Garzas

Fantastic location, great food nearby, great for families. Traveling with 3 young children, we wanted two separate rooms and a kitchen, which all inclusive hotels don’t provide affordably. This was the perfect mix between a beach resort and a condo rental. We got the amenities like the pool, beach and poolside bar, but also got a room to put the kids down to nap, the ability to eat in with affordable groceries in a well equipped kitchen, and wash clothing in a washer and dryer. My kids loved the boat to get on property. All in all a great resort, condo hybrid experiences worth the money.

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Olga's house is a beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully furnished house a block from the beach. The Paraiso Del Mar development is a quiet enclave on a peninsula a short boat ride from town. The free boat runs every half hour to Marina Cortez in La Paz. A phone call to the shuttle bus driver gets you from the house to the boat dock. The area may be too quiet for some, but for us it was a good place to base our adventures from. There are free bicycles for use, maintained by the development. There is a nice pool with hot tub and ping-pong table a half block from the house. The highlights of La Paz for us included renting a car to hit the beaches just north of town. Tecolote was our favorite. We also went on a Panga ride around Isla Espirito Santo with Marlin Adventures. Our guide and captain (Erik and Sergio) educated us on the history, flora, and fauna of this amazing area. The snorkeling was some of the best I have every seen.

Excelente estancia, la casa es muy bonita, cálida, cómoda y súper bien ubicada. Rafael y su house manager estuvieron al pendientes de que todo estuviera bien y no tuvimos ningún problema. Esperamos el siguiente viaje a La Paz para volver a rentarles la casa sin dudarlo!

¡Todo estuvo excelente! Volveríamos a asitir, definitivamente. el lugar es precioso y tiene muchas más amenidades de las que esperábamos 💚✨ Solo una nota para las personas que se duchan mucho tiempo. Ya que es un desierto el cuidado del agua es importante y la bomba es a presión entonces puede que se sorprendan de sentir el agua bajar presion cada 10 segundos 👀

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor; esta cerca del malecón puedes llegar caminando sin problema no necesitas transporte y hay muchas opciones para comer y tomar tours cerca.

Cozy cottage right on the beach. Great for lovely walks on the beach. Beautiful view of downtown La Paz at night. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Lorena was very friendly and attentive.

Muy bonita casa y en una vecindad segura. A 7 minutos en carro del malecón o 30 minutos caminando. Si tuvimos problemas de mantenimiento pero fue solucionado inmediatamente. Muy buen lugar para quedarse una familia!

The house is small but at the same time very comfortable well put together. I love the ocean view in the morning. My granddaughters loved the pool it is a very nice size .

El lugar muy tranquilo. Las camas.comodas, la cocina tenía de todo, los muebles y camas cómodos. Las albercas climatizada y con varios jacuzzi me.encantaron. la vista espectacular de las playas. Se puede nadar y andar en kayak. Muy lindo todo. El.anfitrion siempre atento.

Both hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. We loved the view, condo and had everything anyone would need to live there including beach chairs and umbrellas. If we were going back to la paz, this would be our first choice to rent again. I can not say enough great things about the hosts, condo, location, and town!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El departamento es cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Valoramos mucho los detalles, como la presión de la regadera, que fue súper agradable. El área de alberca y terraza está espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. We had a great stay at the Gecko House! Host was very helpful and gave a lot of extra recommendations and willing to help with any additional questions we had. I did not have to stress and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend booking the personal masseuse, she comes to the airbnb and gives private massages. Such a relaxing and special add on to our reservation.

Ben's home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal for our family and we really enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities that Puerto Cortes offered. We had a few questions for Ben during the trip and he was very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at Casa Colonial - it was our peaceful oasis. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the private rear garden and pool were perfect. The Malacon is a short walk away. Communication was great, and it was easy to check in with Jesus meeting us.

We had such a lovely vacation at the house. Our group of 8 was very comfortable and we were very well taken care of. The view was stunning and we spent lots of time at the house and exploring the surrounding area. The hotel in front by the beach was fun for food and drinks. Great place and could not have asked for something better. We will definitely come again.
