The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Enjoy the simplicity of this home. Apartment with a good location. One block of municipal transit, 10 minutes away from the seawall by car or downtown. 15 min. from the airport. Very close to Soriana, Sears, General Hospital and Government Offices. Close to Liverpool, Sams, Cinépolis and Shopping Plazas. A comfortable place, in a quiet area (although at the moment a construction is being carried out) perfect to rest after visiting family, or a day at the beach.

Access is independent from the street and there is a safe box where you can pick up the keys at the time you want to enter.
