The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, a 20-minute walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with a walk-in closet), a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom, complete with an anteroom with a second sink and a washing machine. BARBECUE AREA AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.
