Delightful Villa 3 in Estate 1hr from Rome

Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a medieval town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this, 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom on each floor. Available shared washing machine in the common area.

Stone farm house which has been beautifully restored in a very sympathetic style. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, making it accessible to wheelchair users. This property, located in a village called Villa Cupoli in Abruzzo, Italy is about 50 minutes drive from Pescara airport and about 20 minutes from the larger town of Penne. The villa of which the independent accommodation is part is newly built and is located in the residential area of the Villa Comunale, a few steps from Piazza Duomo, the famous basilica of Collemaggio and the Porta Santa. The accommodation is equipped with modern furnishings and a private garden. Pets are welcome. There are no parking problems.

Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

La Casa nei Vigneti, once an 18th century farmhouse, was completely renovated in 2003, respecting all the original architectural features as much as possible. In some zones of the house, parts of the original structure in stone and earth emerge, typical of farmhouses of that time, but skilfully restructured with anti-seismic adaptation.
