The accommodation is all on one level, with 3 large bedrooms for 8 persons, en-suite bathroom, plus a family bathroom. There is a large living room, which contains the kitchen, dining area and relaxing area. Heated swimming pool and large patio area, and vineyard. Aircon in all bedrooms. The pool is 5 x 12 m and has a depth of 1,40m (50%) and 2,25 m (50 %). There is a gate from the house to the garden and pool area.

The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

In some zones of the house, parts of the original structure in stone and earth emerge, typical of farmhouses of that time, but skilfully restructured with anti-seismic adaptation.
