It was a great experience with this place we had. being with a pax of 10 or with my family, you always make sure that everyone is comfy and safe. Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

Nice stay in Cebu for one night right by the airport, comfy mattress, easy check in and out. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place.

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

We had a wonderful stay in miss June’s unit at the Saekyung Village Mactan! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommend! Miss June was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. She made check-in smooth and was quick to answer any questions I had. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Would absolutely stay again!

It is very well-maintained and clean. Many Koreans will be worried about cockroaches, but there were none in this room. Various fixtures are also provided.

Hello, I stayed here for about a month. I know that Koreans live in this Segyeong apartment a lot, but here, the air conditioner and washing machine are all L rat, the hot water comes out, and there is even a chair on the veranda, so it's good to stay with dog honey, and I asked for a separate cleaning, but you were so kind. The host was also very kind to let me know, and I recommend it here before the electricity and water, but for those with children, there are almost all the kitchen utensils cups and spoons, and it was really comfortable, and the pool was right in front, so it was nice. I'm planning on going back to Trangchucheon again ~ ~ ~!! I understood why I lived in the accommodation for a few months. I even want to buy a recliner.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend this place! Very clean, spacious, has that homey vibe, and has all the things that you will need. Location was great because it was very near to the place that we need to visit. Ms. Richel was also very kind and very helpful, ensuring we could check in hassle-free by providing detailed instructions and information about her place. Overall a 10/10.

A very nice studio apartment in one of the newer buildings in the Saekyong condo complex. Well equipped and spacious. 25 minutes’ walk (or less by tricycle) to Marigondon Beach. Several restaurants and shops inside the complex, and others within walking distance. Recommended!
